Building Permits- Please submit permits in person or "Citizen Portal" to our office at https://www.cityofladue-mo.gov/departments/building-department/citizen-portal-342, the Building Department does not have a fax machine for receiving permits. Your completed permit application should be accompanied by TWO sets of plan documents/construction documents.
*Effective 10/16/18, Per Ch. 120 R105.9.1 Any plans requiring a building permit for work that alters the exterior appearance of a home or it's accessory structures, or plans required to have ARB approval shall bear the original signature, printed name and date of signatures from subdivision trustees before it is accepted by the Building Department for review. This applies to new homes, additions, exterior renovations, pools, retaining walls, driveways, play sets and any other exterior work requiring a permit.
