Black Creek - Haddington Court Relief Sewers (11847)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is constructing a project to replace approximately 7,920 feet of undersized wastewater sewers in the cities of Ladue, Clayton and University City.

BC-01 Phase III and BC-02 Phase II Sanitary Relief (12090)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is constructing a project to replace approximately 12,600 feet of undersized wastewater sewers in the cities of Ladue and Olivette.
This project is estimated to begin construction in the fall of 2026.

WW-2 and WW-3 Warson Woods Sanitary Relief (12302)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is constructing a project to replace approximately 10,000 feet of undersized wastewater sewers in the cities of Warson Woods, Ladue, Kirkwood, Rock Hill and Glendale. In addition, approximately 140 feet of natural creek will be stabilized to reduce creek bank erosion and improve water flow.

TM-01 Two Mile Creek Outfall Sanitary Relief (12231)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is designing a project to construct approximately 11,300 feet of wastewater pipe in City of Ladue. The project is estimated to begin construction as early as the Spring of 2024.

Conway Road Sanitary Relief (12130)

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is constructing a project to replace approximately 1,025 feet of undersized wastewater sewers in the City of Ladue.
This project is estimated to begin construction in the spring/summer of 2024.

DC-02 and DC-03 Sanitary Relief Phase III & IV
This project involves construction of a new, larger diameter, trunk sewer beginning near the intersection of Brentwood Boulevard and Manchester Road in Brentwood, where the new sewer will be 78 inches in diameter.  The new sewer will be installed through portions of Brentwood, Rock Hill and Ladue and will end near the intersection of Conway Road and Lindbergh Boulevard in Ladue, where the size of the sewer will be 48 inches in diameter.

Daniel Road Storm Sewer Relief (12703-015.1)

This MSD project involves the construction of approximately 618 linear feet of 12-inch to 27-inch diameter pipe sewers and appurtenances to help alleviate building and yard flooding along Daniel Road. Wehmeyer Farms Construction was awarded the project.  The contractor’s Notice to Proceed is expected in May 2024. MSD anticipates construction of this project to begin in the Summer of 2024 and last for approximately 8 months.
