EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - ACCOUNTING CLERK I

The City of Ladue, MO.  (Population 8600) located in St. Louis County is seeking an individual to serve as Accounting Clerk I. The Accounting Clerk I performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures and assists the Accounting Clerk II with payroll and accounts payable responsibilities as needed, processes all bank transactions and posts to appropriate general ledger; executes month end reconciliation of funds and ensures all key revenue records are updated and maintained. The Accounting Clerk I manages all functions of licenses for the City including alarm permits, business licenses, liquor licenses, archery deer hunting permits, estate sale permits and solicitor permits, assists with resident services and other duties as assigned.
