Building and Public Works

WELCOME TO THE CITY OF LADUE BUILDING AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS.

The Building and Public Works Departments proudly work to serve the citizens in a number of ways. 
  • The Building Department has three principal functional areas: planning & zoning administration, building inspection and plan review, and property maintenance
  • The Public Works Department  is responsible for the repair, care and maintenance of all public streets, storm sewer collection systems owned or maintained by the city, City-owned traffic signals, Parks care and maintenance, beautification, the Yard Waste program including leaf and brush collection, and the City's Stormwater Management Program.
